Instructions:

1. You must first be logged in to Google. Check that you are logged in, or sign in now, by going to Google Bookmarks on a separate window.
2. Pick the "view source" option in the browser to learn more about this aspect of the Google Bookmarks API.
3. Press the form button to upload one bookmark. Note: do not make changes to the first line in the text area, even if, compared to an XML declaration, it looks incomplete.
